In June 2007 the burial island of San Michele of the coast of Italy was declared a part of the Kingdoms of Elgaland-Vargaland.
From the 16th of February through the 9th of March an exhibition celebrating this annexation is held at Gallery Niklas Belenius in Stockholm.
As a part of the festivities, a new stamp booklet was made which is on display in the exhibition.
The Kingdoms of Elgaland-Vargaland were proclaimed in 1992 and have since then had a growing population, represented by ministers, royalty and embassies abroad.Together with this documentation of the annexation, the four artists will also be presenting new pieces.
